We offer a variety of options to
fit each client's needs. Permanent nannies may work full-time or
part-time, and commit to at least one-year of service. Temporary nannies are available as a backup or as a sitter for a date night.
Full-time: Arrives at your door every
morning or lives with you. Your nanny, babysitter or caregiver will
work closely with you and your family and care for your child, your pet and your home, if necessary.
Part-time: Typically works less than 20 hours a week for families who work part-time or need a break during the week
Occasional or Temporary Child Care Services: Families, corporations
and hotels use our babysitting and temporary programs to help with
evenings out, weekend trips, school vacations and staffing for back-up
child care. This child care program is available at short notice or on
a regular basis.

Fees For Permanent Nanny Service
Capitol Nannies is a professional nanny referral agency. We do not employ the nannies, they are employed by our clients and paid directly by the client. Below you will find our fee structure for permanent nanny services. Please email us or call (888) 895-4298 with any additional questions.
A permanent nanny is someone who is hired for at least one year on a full-time or part-time basis. This service is ideal for families who require consistent care for a long period of time. The nanny is hired by the client and paid directly by the client. Permanent nanny salaries begin at $425 and up /weekly for full-time and $10-$18/ hourly for part-time. Average Temporary salary range is $10-$12 for the WV market and $12-$15 for the NC market.
The fees for our permanent service include:
A $250 one-time, non-refundable registration fee. This fee covers our initial expenses of recruiting for the assignment.
A placement fee of either 12% of the nanny's gross annual salary ($1600 minimum for full-time and $800 minimum for part-time) or $85 per month for part-time and $125 per month for full-time.
The permanent placement comes with a 6-month guarantee and free registration for our temporary service.
