Occasional or Temporary Child Care Services: Families, corporations and hotels use our babysitting and temporary programs to help with evenings out, weekend trips, school vacations and staffing for back-up child care. This child care program is available at short notice or on a regular basis.
Fees For Temporary Nanny Service
Capitol Nannies is a professional nanny referral agency. We do not employ the nannies, they are employed by our clients and paid directly by the client. Below you will find our fee structure for our temporary nanny services. Please email us or call (888) 895-4298 with any additional questions.
A temporary nanny is someone who works for many clients by filling in on short notice for a day here and there. Our temporary nannies are as qualified and screened as our permanent nannies. Temporary nannies are ideal as a backup to your regular childcare situation. The current market rates for a temporary nanny is $10- $18/hour. Average temporary salary range is $10-$12 for the WV market and $12-$15 for the NC market.
The fees for our temporary service include:
$175 annual fee for our standard registration. This service is also subject to a daily fee of $10 or $18 (depending on how much notice we have). Clients pay the nannies directly.
$500 annual fee for our unlimited service. This service can be used as often as necessary with no additional daily fee. Clients pay the nanny directly.
$22.50 per hour for hotel and guest users. This will include the nanny's salary and agency fee in one hourly rate. This service is subject to a three (3) child maximum, each additional child is $2.50/hour. With this registration, we pay the nanny for the client.
All temporary assignments are subject to a 4-hour minimum.
